To provide integral hands-on support for the delivery of day-to-day AP operations. Ensuring that AP processes are consistent with the stands, policy, and procedure as set by the client. We are currently seeking a senior process developer to overseas the accounts payable function.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the end-to-end AP function, including setting up processes
  • Overseeing system matching of invoices to purchase orders and proof of delivery documents
  • Assisting with Supplier Statement reconciliations where necessary
  • Assist team in daily functions to ensure timelines and payment schedules are met
  • Investigates and resolve accounts payable inquiries & maintain compliance across all processing functions
  • Manage relationships with trade creditors, branches & stakeholders 
  • Monthly reports, reconcile supplier statements, manages exception reports, and resolves outstanding discrepancies
  • Maintain supplier master data
  • Assisting, coaching & cross-training staff
  • Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team
  • Guide and develop process improvement initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining relevant KPI's
  • Driving the businesses engagement to support compliance with Account Payable processes

Requirements:

Qualifications, knowledge & experience

  • 4-7 Years years experience in a similar Accounts Payable
  • M.com, MBA, and equivalent degree
  • Good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP would be advantageous
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Approachable “can-do” attitude
  • Should be able to multi-tasking & be flexible
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong accounts payable experience end to end across a high volume, large environment
  • Knowledge of accounts payable practices
  • Leadership experience with a hands-on approach
  • Results-oriented
